New York Law Firm seeks a Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience.  The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, analytic skills and written communication skills, as well as experience in one or more of the following areas: 

• drafting/negotiation of documents in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial  and residential property 
• negotiating and drafting office, industrial and/or retail space leases whether for landlords or tenants
• title, survey and due diligence  issues

Working knowledge of management and brokerage agreements and related commercial real estate documentation is a plus.
