Carol O’Neil, a native New Yorker and President of The ONeil Search Group, has over 25 years of recruiting experience.  She began her career as an indispensible member of New York City’s first legal search firm, quickly becoming the firm’s Vice President. Carol went on to launch her own highly successful recruiting business, Carol O’Neil and Associates, in 1989.

Carol’s extensive experience and dedication to excellence has made her a recognized leader in the specialized recruiting of Executive Directors, Administrators, VPs and C-level Management.  Her accomplishments in the field of recruiting are unparalleled. 

Carol is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society of Human Resource Managers and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.  In addition, she is committed to numerous community organizations and causes including The American Cancer Society and The Race for the Cure.  Carol is also a mentor with the Ben Applebaum Foundation.

Tish Noble has been a member of The ONeil Search Group for sixteen years.  In that time, Tish has built a loyal following of clients and candidates who rely on her extensive knowledge of the legal community, as well as her sound judgment and insightful career advice.

After graduating from Fairfield University, Tish started her career at Lehman Brothers, where she became an Assistant Vice President of Document Services in the Investment Banking Division.  She subsequently served as the Director of Document Production at Weil Gotshal & Manges for five years before joining The ONeil Search Group in 1995.

Nicole Trazoff joined The ONeil Search Group as a Professional Search Consultant in 2001.  She works extensively with a wide variety of top-tier international and boutique law firms, as well as financial firms, non-profits, consumer products and pharmaceutical companies. She has placed professionals in all areas of legal marketing, accounting, administration, human resources, and Para-professional non-legal positions.

Nicole graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor’s in Communications after which, she began a successful career as a Securities and Insurance Broker.  In her next position, as a Marketing Consultant, Nicole helped a start-up Chiropractic Practice Management firm grow into a multi-million dollar organization.  Following that, Nicole began her recruiting career at a National Legal Recruiting firm. Three years later she joined the ONeil Search team.  Nicole’s dedication and enthusiasm have enabled her to establish long-term relationships with her clients and help them identify top talent.

Candace Feldman joins The ONeil Search Group as Vice President and brings with her 20 years of success as a placement counselor.

After graduating with honors from Emory University, Candace worked at Skadden Arps as a Paralegal in their Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Candace was recruited to join Career Blazers and help them develop and grow their Legal Division. Candace spent the next 18 years at Career Blazers as their top placement counselor placing legal personnel in law firms and blue chip corporations in the metro area. Candace’s expertise is enhanced by her extensive and thorough knowledge of her clients as well as her candidates. Candace prides herself on the strong relationships she’s developed with both clients and candidates over the years and maintains a loyal client base as well as a valuable network of talented candidates.

Dan joined The ONeil Search Group as a Professional Search Consultant in early 2012. As a former Paralegal, Dan has insight into law firm culture as well as knowledge of a variety of different practice areas. Moreover, Dan works throughout the professional services vertical in all areas of human resources, administration, finance, media, marketing & business development and technology.

Dan earned his Bachelor’s Degree from The College of Charleston and has a passion for recruiting; he brings a strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm to the team, and is committed to developing and cultivating professional relationships.

Annie Byragie has been a member of The ONeil Search Group for fifteen years.  She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration (with coursework in Accounting, Economics and Business Law) from Oxford University.  Annie began her career at the Bank of Commerce in Trinidad, where she worked for 6 years before emigrating to the US.  She subsequently worked as the Assistant to the President of the National Association of Men’s Sportswear Buyers (NAMSB) for eight years.   In addition, she oversaw the hiring for NAMSB’s Trade Shows at the Jacob Javits Center.  Annie joined the ONeil Search team in 1996.  She serves as the Bookkeeper and the Coordinator of the Temp Division.

Jeni Presti joins the ONeil Search Group with a strong background in office administration and support.  After graduating  with a degree in History from SUNY Purchase in 2009, Jeni began her career as an administrative assistant at a Physical Therapy facility.  Jeni  exceled at strengthening client relations and increased the client base by expanding the facilities internet presence.   Prior to joining The ONeil Search Group Jeni worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of large physical therapy staffing firm.   Jeni will assist in overall office management, bookkeeping, database management, marketing and recruiting.
